MANAGEMENT SKILLS

LANGUAGES

English [native], Chinese [Mandarin], Japanese, French and German [all fluent] Korean & Cantonese [basic]

Japanese and Chinese

Used Japanese and Chinese as the standard means of communication while working in Tokyo and Shanghai over the past 4 years (lived 12 months in Shanghai and 6 in Tokyo).

As a regular student at Sophia University in Tokyo and National Taiwan University in Taipei, all my classes and  coursework were done in Japanese and Chinese. Lived in the campus dormitories and took part in extra-curricular activities. I read, write and speak both languages at university level.

French and German

Having worked in French and German speaking countries Luxembourg and Germany), I am also used to conducting business in these two languages (written and spoken).

My understanding of Korean and Cantonese, however, is rudimentary, with a limited vocabulary, but adequate pronunciation and grammar in both tongues.
